10th birthday with free food and drinks at a Tues., Sept. 25 charity fundraiser at the new On the Mark restaurant, located at 335 Nieto Ave. (@Appian Way), next to Colorado Lagoon.  The public is invited and encouraged to attend and celebrate.  In lieu of gifts for Rosie or payment for meals and drinks that evening, organizers simply ask guests to consider a tax-deductible donation to C.A.T.  RSVP to JustinRudd@aol.com
